Allegations of abuse and miscarriages of justice can take many forms and impact upon people from all walks of life.  The effects to individuals and families can be devastating and last a life-time.  The staff at PACSO are here to assist.

Due to the huge demands on this organisation to assist on cases involving false allegations of abuse, all enquiries must in the first instance be made via email.

Subsequent support may be made in person (including attendance at Police interviews and Court proceedings), via telephone, and/or in writing.

If you or anyone you know has been affected by false accusations - whether ongoing or in the past - or have seen or heard any information that might assist in rectifying a miscarriage of justice, please get in touch.

If you or your partner have been subject to a false allegation - whether it is an ongoing concern or one in the past - feel free to tell us your story.  Others may benefit from your experiences.

Any information given to the founder will be treated with the utmost confidence. Obviously any information left on the forum by a member has been left at their own discretion.

Contact email – Helga (support@pacso.co.uk) and Julie (familysupport@pacso.co.uk)

Please note that although Helga works for a criminal defence solicitor she is not legally trained or qualified - the knowledge she has acquired comes from several years experience. If you require legal advice specific to your case you will need to ask your solicitor.

If you think you can help, with answering enquiries, offering advice, researching cases, writing letters on behalf of others, moral support etc, then please contact us via email outlining the sort of help you are able to offer.

This is an appeal without any hope of financial incentive, and is purely based on your desire to help others who are currently or have been previously subjected to false accusations.

In particular, if you have any experience dealing with Social Services, probation services, judiciary or police when caught up in false accusations, then your help - or even your story - would be a great benefit for others in a similar predicament.
